Join us every Wednesday evening, weather permitting, at Arborlynn Park (1500 Block Arborlynn Drive, North Vancouver) from 7:30pm to 8:20pm for a rejuvenating experience.
What to Expect:
• Gentle Movement: Easy-to-follow Qi Gong movements suitable for all ages and fitness levels. No experience
necessary!
• Connect with Nature: We'll incorporate the elements and work with the energy of the surrounding trees and plants,
deepening your connection to the natural world.
• Personalized Instruction: Classes will be tailored to the needs and abilities of those present, ensuring everyone
feels comfortable and supported.
• Community: Bring a friend and enjoy the shared energy of practicing Qi Gong in a beautiful outdoor setting.
• Accessibility: Drop-in and by donation – making wellness accessible to everyone.

These drop-in classes ($10 per class) are a fantastic opportunity to:
• Deepen Your Form: Review and refine the Tai Chi forms you've learned in class. All levels welcome!
• Enhance Your Focus: Practice mindful movement amidst nature's distractions.
• Build Community: Connect with fellow Tai Chi enthusiasts in a supportive outdoor environment.
• Challenge Yourself: Adapt to uneven terrain and unexpected elements, building resilience and adaptability.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our outdoor classes offer a unique and enriching experience. We'll go slow enough for everyone to follow along, even if you haven't learned all the forms yet. Plus, we'll incorporate drills to improve specific movements.
