The Qi Gong is all guided and suitable for people of different ages and stages of life. We explore different styles of Qi Gong and other Eastern Health practices to bring balance and well-being into the body, mind and spirit.

Take the time to relax and treat yourself to an hour of gentle and graceful movements from the ancient arts of Qi Gong and Tai Chi. The class may also include some meditation, visualization, self massage/acupressure and other aspects of Chinese Medicine. There is an opportunity to ask questions towards the end of the class and Blanche is always open to receive email inquiries.
