Here is a comment from one class participant: “Thank you so much for this wonderful class. I enjoy each and every one and truly feel the effects. I’m learning something new every week, like the 3 burners today. Sometimes I feel like my entire body is vibrating internally after the class. Other times, I feel much calmer after one or energized once more. Your classes have helped reduce my anxiety and my blood pressure is now back within the normal range. I was on the verge of taking medication for it but much prefer this alternative. I do realize how powerful the mind can be and sometimes looking outside the box proves to be far more effective.” Subscription to classes include weekly live classes with question and answer period, recorded videos of classes and other Qi Gong movements, access to an exclusive Facebook Group, community support and instructor input.
